Với giao diện thân thiện, cách sử dụng đơn giản nhưng với các chức năng hổ trợ đa dạng và phong phú Okdo Document Converter Professional là một công cụ chuyển đổi tài liệu tuyệt vời nhất mà bất cứ ai cũng nên cần có cho hệ thống của mình.

Chương trình hổ trợ chuyển đổi mạnh mẽ qua lại giữa định dạng file PDF sang các định dạng văn phòng phổ biến nhất hiện nay (DOC, XLS, PPT, Text, HTML, SWF…), đặc biệt còn hổ trợ tốt sự chuyển đổi giữa các phiên bản Office phổ biến hiện nay (Docx, docm, xlsx, xlsm, pptx, Pptm của Office 2007).

Hướng dẫn

1. Từ giao diện tương tác chính bạn đưa vào tập tin hay cả thư mục tư liệu cần chuyển đổi bằng nút Add Files/ Add Folder; giả sử ở đây tôi chọn chức năng chuyển nhiều định dạng tập tin khác nhau sang văn bản WORD.

2. Chọn định dạng MS Word 2003 ở khung định dạng OutPut Type ở phía bên dưới.
3. Nhấp nút công cụ Set more parameters để tùy biến thêm một số thiết lập cao cấp khác cho tập tin DOC kết quả cuối cùng (nếu cần; có thể để mặc định).
a. Nếu file chuyển là PDF --> DOC bạn xem thêm mục PDF Mode: thông thường tùy chọn Default mode mặc định sẽ là tốt nhất, tuy nhiên nếu file PDF có quá nhiều hình ảnh - đối tượng đồ họa mà không có nội dung Text thì nên chọn mục Convert the content of slide by image mode để đạt hiệu quả cao nhất (lúc này các dữ liệu sẽ được ưu tiên chuyển đổi thành hình ảnh trên trang WORD OutPut nên sẽ có chất lượng rất cao; nhưng sẽ không chỉnh sửa được).
b. Nếu file chuyển là PPT --> DOC cần chú ý thêm tùy chọn Convert the content of slide by image mode nếu như muốn giữ càng nguyên bản các hình ảnh - đối tượng đồ họa, Layout định dạng trên các Slide một cách sát với bản gốc nhất khi chuyển sang WORD (cũng tương tự khai chuyển PDF --> DOC).
c. Một số tùy chọn khác hổ trợ tốt hơn cho định dạng EXCEL --> DOC: tích hợp các Sheet của Excel lên trang WORD sau khi chuyển đổi sao cho không mất dữ liệu, tự động định dạng Sheet bảng tính một cách tốt nhất trên trang WORD OutPut.

4. Nhấp Convert trên giao diện tương tác để đồng ý chuyển đổi (tất cả tập tin chuyển đổi sẽ lưu trong thư mục C:\OutPut).

5. Tùy vào định dạng chuyển đổi xuất ra OUTPUT khi chọn mà các thiết lập trong nút công cụ Set more parameters sẽ cũng khác nhau tương ứng, ví dụ khi chuyển tài liệu sang dạng Flash SWF thì tùy chọn cần xác lập sẽ là.

6. Đánh giá: tốc độ và tính năng vượt trội hơn các phần mềm chuyển đổi khác do đơn giản dễ sử dụng và tích hợp tất cả các tính năng chuyển đổi cần thiết nhất (người dùng sẽ không cần phải cài đặt quá nhiều phần mềm vào hệ thống như trước đây), độ chính xác: tương đối chấp nhận được (vấn đề tiếng việt của các bộ Font VNI - TCVN) so với các sản phẩm cùng loại, tùy chọn hổ trợ đa dạng thích hợp với nhiều du cầu sử dụng từ cơ bản tới cao cấp.

7. Tổng kết: Với tính năng mạnh mẽ chính xác kiểm soát chất lượng của dữ liệu đầu ra khi người dùng xác định trước các thông số lúc chuyển đổi, có thể nói ODCP3.4 là một trong số ít các công cụ chuyển đổi dữ liệu hiếm hoi tích hợp theo kiểu ALL IN ONE; cho dù người dùng có nhu cầu chuyển đổi đa dạng như thế nào và đòi hỏi chất lượng ra sao thì ODCP3.4 cũng sẽ luôn thõa mãn được nhu cầu của họ.
